Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Email or text us with what you need and how many, and we'll quote you a cheaper bulk price. See bulk buying.
Is everything genuine and factory sealed?
Yes. We only sell English-language product bought from authorised distributors and retailers. We never reseal, weigh or search packs.
How much is postage?
Australia Post postage is based on your postcode and the weight and size of your order. You'll see the exact price in your cart before you pay.
Eastern Suburbs (Sydney): $5 local delivery. We hand-deliver to postcodes 2011 and 2021–2036 (Bondi, Bronte, Coogee, Randwick, Maroubra, Paddington, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse and nearby). A phone number is required so we can arrange a time.
How do pre-orders work?
You pay when you order and we ship on release day, or as soon as stock reaches us. If an order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it all ships together when the pre-order arrives. If a release is cancelled or we can't fill your order, you get a full refund. Full pre-order policy.
Can I check your reputation?
Yes — we've sold on eBay since May 2023 with 100% positive feedback. Read our reviews or check our eBay feedback page directly.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe, which processes payments for millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We ship to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Why is there a limit per order?
So more collectors get a fair go at popular sets. If you want more than the limit, email or text us for bulk pricing: bulk quotes have no limit and are cheaper per item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Returns policy.
